1. About Us
1.1 MyPetScript is the trading name of Gary Sheils, a sole trader operating in the United Kingdom.
1.2 We operate an online retail platform supplying veterinary medicines, pet health products and related goods.
1.3 All veterinary medicine orders, including AVM-GSL, NFA-VPS and POM-V, are processed, checked, authorised and dispatched directly by Covetrus, an authorised veterinary medicines wholesaler and fulfilment partner.
1.4 MyPetScript does not physically store, supply, or dispatch any veterinary medicines from our own premises.
1.5 For the purposes of Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) regulations, Covetrus provides:
•    Qualified SQPs for NFA-VPS authorisations
•    Registered veterinarians (MRCVS) for POM-V prescription validation
•    Storage, packing and shipping that complies with the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013 (VMR)

3. Eligibility to Purchase Veterinary Medicines
3.1 When purchasing veterinary medicines from MyPetScript, you confirm that:
•    You are aged 18 or over.
•    All information you provide about your animal(s) is accurate.
•    You will only use purchased medicines in accordance with professional veterinary advice.
3.2 Certain medicines require additional controls:
•    AVM-GSL: Free sale category
•    NFA-VPS: Requires approval by an SQP, Vet, or Pharmacist
•    POM-VPS: Requires approval by an SQP, Vet, or Pharmacist
•    POM-V: Requires a valid written veterinary prescription
3.3 MyPetScript facilitates the ordering and upload of prescriptions, but all regulatory checks and authorisations are performed solely by Covetrus.

4. Prescription Medicines
4.1 For POM-V medicines, you must provide a valid written prescription issued by a UK-registered veterinary surgeon.
4.2 Prescriptions may be:
•    Uploaded at checkout,
•    Emailed to prescriptions@mypetscript.co.uk, or
•    Posted directly to Covetrus (details provided upon order).
4.3 Orders containing prescription medicines will NOT be dispatched until Covetrus has validated the prescription.
4.4 If a prescription fails validation, we will contact you to explain why and outline your options.
4.5 Prescriptions are processed by qualified professionals at Covetrus, not by MyPetScript.

5. Order Processing & Fulfilment
5.1 MyPetScript acts as the online ordering platform.
5.2 All packing, storage, verification and shipping is carried out by Covetrus from their licensed facilities.
5.3 When you place an order, you enter into a contract for supply of goods with MyPetScript, but fulfilment is delegated to Covetrus.
5.4 Estimated dispatch times:
•    Non-prescription items: Usually 1–2 working days
•    Prescription items: Upon successful validation by Covetrus
5.5 Delays due to incomplete/invalid prescriptions are not the responsibility of MyPetScript.

6. Payment
6.1 Payment is taken at the time of ordering via our secure payment partners.
6.2 Your order is conditional upon prescription verification where applicable.

7. Returns & Refund Policy
7.1 Due to the nature of veterinary medicines, prescription products cannot be returned or refunded unless:
•    The item was supplied in error
•    The item is damaged or faulty on arrival
7.2 For non-medicinal items (e.g., supplements, accessories), you may return unopened products within 14 days under UK consumer law.

7.4 Returned items must be unused, sealed and in original packaging.

8.1 All educational content on our website, social media or marketing materials is general guidance only and is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or consultation.

•    All treatment decisions remain the responsibility of your veterinary surgeon
8.3 You must always follow the treatment plan and dosage instructions provided by your vet and by the medicine manufacturer.

9.1 Prices are subject to change without notice.
9.2 If a pricing or stock error occurs, we may cancel or amend the order and notify you.

10.1 We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2 Data may be shared with Covetrus solely for:
•    Prescription verification
•    Order fulfilment
•    Regulatory compliance
10.3 We do not sell or share customer data for marketing outside MyPetScript.
